Information on the protection of privacy (Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
Dear Sir, European legislation establishes that all subjects have the right to the protection of personal data concerning them, safeguarding the rights and freedoms of natural persons and places specific security and information obligations on the subjects who process the data of others. To register on our website, we ask you to enter some of your personal data, which will be managed in the manner indicated in the information set out below.

a) for the provision of the services managed by this website, i.e. to allow you to access the reserved area of the site and to view or download the video-photographic material, texts, catalogs and other sources that we will make available to you or to ask for information about our products.
b) for any analysis, navigation data in non-personalized form as also described in the Cookies policy
3) Processing methods
Your data will be processed with manual or automated / digital systems and only for the purposes indicated above. The company undertakes to adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the safeguarding and protection of your data, also in order to prevent unauthorized access.
4) Nature of the treatment
The provision of data by you is not necessary to proceed with the navigation of the pages of this site. Any registration to restricted areas will be subject to a request for explicit consent in the specific dedicated information.
5) Communication of data
Our company will not communicate your data to anyone, with the exception of its employees and any external collaborators, who should collaborate with our company and solely for the purposes indicated above. Your data could also be disclosed to Public Authorities upon request, if required. Your data are kept by the company for the purposes described above for a maximum of 5 (five) years, after which they will be kept only upon the expression of a new consent or alternatively deleted from any company databases in which they may be present. 7) Rights of the interested party
EU Regulation 679/2016 recognizes the rights of the data subject, which are listed below:
1. Right of access. The interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and information listed in Article 15. paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
2. Right of rectification. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay pursuant to Article 16 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
3. Right of cancellation. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data (the so-called Right to be forgotten) concerning him without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to cancel the personal data without undue delay, if one of the reasons listed in Article 17 paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 679/2016 exists;
4. Right to limit the processing. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing when one of the hypotheses listed in Article 18 paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 679/2016 occurs;
5. Right to object. The interested party has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him as indicated in Article 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
