QUALATEX DECO BUBBLE GRADUATION CAPS 24"

Qualatex Deco Bubble balloon is a transparent globe ball with, in this case, a graduation caps pattern. The Deco Bubble balloons are made without sealing valve, so they have to be tide for closure. This happens why this kind of balloons are created to let be inserted other kind of balloons, coloured or printed with messages, so to created different effects. That's why this balloons are normaly printed/decorated only on the outline, to allow a special tridimensional effect. Anyway, this balloon can be used also on it's own. The Bubble balloon, made of elastic trasparent material, can be inflated with air with a hand pump or electric inflator, or with helium. Anyway this balloons have to be inflated till they're completely spherical, as a bubble. The Bubble balloons are very resistent compared to latex balloons, and will remain inflated for more time, even if inflated with helium, so they can be used different times if carefully used. All the Single Bubbles have an inflation valve which also seals the balloon. Moreover the balloon is complete of an attached string. If inflated with helium, a balloon weight should be added.
